Reading each diagram from top to bottom: left thumb keys (tabs on the left), left hand fingers 1 2 3, the G♯ key, right hand fingers 1 2 3, then the pinky keys D♯, C♯ and C (tabs on the right). Second-octave notes use the fingering of the note an octave below with faster air.
